1. How long does delivery take?
Nationwide delivery takes 2–5 business days.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer
3. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
4. What if I receive the wrong product?
Contact us within 3 days. If unused and unopened, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
5. What if my product smells faulty?
If you believe the product’s smell is abnormal or spoiled, contact us within 3 days. Our team will verify it. Refunds are only possible if the product is unused and unopened.
6. Do you offer samples?
Yes. We provide 1.5 ml trial bottles so you can experience our oils before buying larger sizes.
7. How do you ensure authenticity?
Our oud is 100% natural, pure, and aged. We never dilute or compromise quality.
8. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Every order is carefully packed, and luxury wooden storage will soon be available upon request to be purchased separately.
