At Oud Rêve, your satisfaction is our priority.mitted to protecting your personal information.
- Non-returnable after use: Perfumes/oud oils cannot be returned once opened or used. The validity of testing is compromised once the product is opened.
- Refund eligibility: Refunds are only available if:
- The wrong product was sent.
- The product’s smell is faulty or seems spoiled/abnormal. This will be verified by our team before approval.
- The item is returned unused, unopened, and in original condition within 3 days of delivery.
- No refunds for change of mind or opened products.
- Damages: All products are carefully packaged; shipping damage is not expected.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (COD or Bank Transfer).
