How to Apply Oud Oil

Less than you think. More than you expect.

Oud oil is not perfume. It is concentrated — a few drops is enough to last the day. The mistake most people make is applying too much, too fast.

Where to apply it

The wrist. The neck. Behind the ear. The inner elbow. Anywhere the skin is warm — where the body generates heat and the oil can rise.

Press, don't rub. Rubbing breaks the top notes before they have a chance to open. Press the oil gently into the skin and let it settle.

How much

One drop per pulse point. Two at most. Oud is not meant to fill a room — it is meant to be discovered, close.

When to apply it

After a shower, on clean, slightly damp skin. The warmth opens the pores and the oil absorbs deeper, lasting longer.

What to expect

Oud changes. The first hour is not the last hour. It opens sharp, then softens. It deepens through the day, becoming quieter, more intimate. By evening, what remains is the base — resin, wood, the warmth of skin.

This is what makes oud unlike anything else.

It does not fade. It transforms.
